Abstract


Pemerintah bertanggung jawab terhadap penyelenggaraan penanggulangan bencana meliputi fokus rekonstruksi dan rehabilitasi pasca bencana. Jaminan pemenuhan hak masyarakat dan pengungsi yang terkena bencana secara adil dan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan harus segera diupayakan, hal ini untuk mengantisipasi korban yang lebih banyak. Populasi pada dasarnya merupakan wilayah yang akan dikenai generalisasi dari suatu hasil penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan BPBD NTB. Dalam menentukan besarnya sampel penulis menggunakan teknik pengambilan Snowball sampling, teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan korespondensi dengan meminta informasi dari sampel tangan pertama untuk mendapatkan sampel berikutnya sampai kebutuhan sampel penelitian terpenuhi. Etos Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan dampaknya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.
