Author Guidelines

GENERAL
Submission of your manuscript is welcome provided that it or any translation of it has not been copyrighted or published, nor is it being submitted for publication elsewhere. Contributions should be written in English and include a 50 to 150-word abstract. No symbol should be included in the abstract. Please make sure that the paper is submitted in its final form. 

All papers of the journal are peer-reviewed by two independent reviewers. Most of the acceptance are granted when both reviewers' recommendations are positive. 

Journal issues will be made available online for download.

Transfer copyright of articles to Teleinformatika will ensure the widest possible dissemination of information.

The submitted papers MUST be written in English, not exceeding 10 double-column pages, and SHOULD follow the Teleinformatika paper template. (both MS Word or PDF version accepted). together with the corresponding signed Teleinformatika Copyright Transfer Form

The authors will be provided with a volume of the journal. Purchase orders for additional volumes can be made on order forms which will be sent to authors.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.

1. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

1. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

Author Fees

This journal charges the following author fees.

Fast-Track Review: 250000.00 (IDR)
With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and author notification on this manuscript is guaranteed to take place within 4 weeks but there is no fee for standard review (8-10 weeks).

Article Publication: 300000.00 (IDR)

If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs. Article Publication (delivery fee is included for 1 printed journal): 300.00 (USD).

The authors or the author's institution is requested to pay a publication fee for each article accepted. The fees will be allocated to support the cost of wide open access dissemination of research results, to manage the various costs associated with handling and editing of the submitted manuscripts, and the journal management and publication.

The 300 USD fee (including Fast-Track Review if applicable) covers the standard eight (8) pages manuscript (included bibliography page). For every additional page an extra fee of 20 USD per page will be charged.

A partial waiver (up to 50%) of author fees may be decided by the Editor in Chief (EiC) in case of lack of funding, excessive length of submitted manuscript or other sound reasons provided by the author during the submission. The author should clearly declare that he asks for a partial waiver in the comments to the Editor box during their submission. The partial waiver will have no effect on the review result of the paper. The partial waiver wion't entertained if it is not asked in this stage.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee, by applying Teleinformatika Grant. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
