Pemilihan Penenun Menggunakan Metode AHP dalam Proyek Motif Tradisional

Abstract


Employees have an influence on the sustainability and production process carried out in a running business. PT. XYZ which is a start-up engaged in generating motives and producing woven work paper, which paper will be given to each weaver who will complete the order. The selection of weavers has so far been carried out based on the understanding and needs in the field carried out by the supervisor, but this causes additional costs so that it is not effective. Therefore, a method is needed that can help supervisors in choosing the right weaver. This journal will discuss the selection of weavers using the AHP method with criteria and sub-criteria based on quality dimensions and advice from experts who understand the conditions in the field. The results obtained are that the supervisor will choose Anggi as the weaver who will carry out the PT. XYZ project with a value of 0.72. The choice of supervisors may change in the future with the development of criteria and sub-criteria according to the needs in the field.
