Pengaruh Job Satisfaction, Lingkungan Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. Java Glove Perdana Sleman

Abstract


This study aims to evaluate the influence of various factors, such as job satisfaction, work environment conditions, workplace stress levels, and employee engagement, on turnover intention at PT Java Glove Perdana. The research employs a quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents. The sample was selected using Slovin's formula from a total population of 150 employees. Data were collected via direct surveys and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a negative but insignificant impact on turnover intention. Similarly, the work environment also has a negative but insignificant influence. On the other hand, workplace stress exhibits a significant positive relationship with turnover intention, while employee engagement has a negative but insignificant effect on the intention to leave. These findings highlight the importance of stress management and enhancing job satisfaction and employee engagement to reduce turnover intention within the company.
